Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the nsp151 platform. Registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
Nsp151 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or granting full access to platform features. Documents requested may include a national ID, proof of address, or other relevant information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. nsp151 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other support channel.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact nsp151 customer support immediately. nsp151 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
Users are strictly prohibited from: using bots, automated software, or unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform; attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise system security; abusing bonuses or promotions through illegitimate means; or engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
Nsp151 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and transaction rejection.
All financial transactions on the nsp151 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). nsp151 accepts a range of local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfer. Transactions in other currencies are not accepted unless otherwise stated.
Deposits are processed instantly, while withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and account verification status. nsp151 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC is completed or for security investigation purposes.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and are subject to change. Check the Finance section of your account for the current applicable limits.
All bonuses and promotions offered by nsp151 are subject to specific terms, including wagering (rollover) requirements, minimum bet amounts, eligible games, and set validity periods.
Users suspected of abusing bonuses — including but not limited to multi-account use, arbitrage betting, or undue strategies — may have their account suspended and all rewards forfeited. All decisions relating to bonus abuse are final.
Nsp151 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Nsp151 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or temporary service unavailability.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and nsp151 makes no guarantee that it will be entirely free from errors, interruptions, or security threats. That said, nsp151 is committed to maintaining platform availability and security to the highest practicable standard.
Nsp151 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account without notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through customer support. Upon closure, any eligible real money balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy, subject to all applicable wagering requirements and identity verification.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative charges or automatic closure in accordance with the platform's current policy.
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the nsp151 platform are the exclusive property of nsp151 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials without prior written permission.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. nsp151 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external sites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Nsp151 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform unless stated otherwise.
It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue using the platform.
Nsp151 will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-account notifications or registered email, though there is no obligation to do so for minor updates or language corrections.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the nsp151 platform shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Bahasa Malaysia is the official language for all dispute-related communications unless otherwise agreed in writing.
